El Alcalde de Roatan Ron Mcnab sostuvo una productiva reunión con el Comisario Lisandro García, Jefe de la UDEP #11, el Inspector de Tránsito y otros representantes de la Policía Nacional para revisar la incidencia de accidentes en 2025 y articular acciones en conjunto con la Municipalidad de Roatán para mejorar la señalización vial y concientizar a la población.
En este encuentro participaron los jefes de los departamentos de Infraestructura, Urbanismo, Justicia y Policía Municipal, con el objetivo de empezar a trabajar estrategias que permitan una reducción de accidentes viales.
Our Mayor, Ron McNab, held a productive meeting with Commissioner Lisandro García, Head of @udep_11 UDEP #11, the Traffic Inspector, and other representatives of the National Police to review the incidence of accidents in 2025 and coordinate joint actions with the Municipality of Roatán to improve road signage and raise public awareness.
The heads of the Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Justice, and Municipal Police departments also participated in this meeting, with the goal of beginning to develop strategies aimed at reducing traffic accidents.
